A wonderful birthday surprise!

We were treated like royalty! The staff prepared a lovely birthday surprise for me, completely unexpected, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail.

The only downside was the location being a bit far from downtown, but it was manageable given the cheap transport options.

During my stay, I encountered numerous issues with the TV. The connection was limited, making it difficult to enjoy my preferred shows. When I checked out, the staff accused me of leaving behind a missing remote and bathrobe, even though they were in the room the entire time. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a guest.

The staff, especially Mr Muhammad, made us feel welcomed and helped with all our needs during our stay. The beautiful pool view from our Premier King Room was a highlight of our visit.

We had an incredible time at the hotel! The kids loved the family-friendly pool area, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant. The staff even surprised our children with special treats based on their drawings. Such a thoughtful touch!

This was just an appropriate option for a city break in Cairo with a good price-value balance. The pool bar staff, especially Ramy and Guerghis, provided great hospitality throughout our stay. Consider checking on the pool conditions before diving in.

the tv connection was limited

The wifi was spotty at times. But the outdoor pool was clean and heated, the food in the VIP lounge was delicious, and the manager was super friendly and attentive. I'll definitely come back!

Dining at Ayda was nothing short of spectacular—those gourmet salads and authentic Egyptian dishes made my taste buds sing! Plus, the service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. We also loved how welcoming they were during our wedding night. it truly felt like a celebration!

This hotel blew my mind! The beauty inside is unreal, and the staff really went outta their way to help us. The only thing was that the gym could use an upgrade. Otherwise, breakfast was heavenly with that fabulous om ali!
